The website easy to navigate and ordering is simple. I placed on that weekend, and I had delivered via FedEx to my door in 3 days. Eight dollars shipping! They are also all part of what is required and it is also clear, articulated ENGLISH instructions. Even I got ain-tube/out-tube full assembly, and a tiny package, silicone grease, to help renew my locks. It could not be happier. When it's time to replace my hose reel, I'll buy another Suncast product. Thanks!
